Annual Fee: Waived (None)
Eligibility: Organizations with active, formally signed industry-academia collaboration agreements.

Benefits:A complimentary 1-year Strategic Membership is granted for every NT$ 1,000,000 accumulated in collaboration funding (e.g., 1 year for NT$ 1M, 2 years for NT$ 2M, and scaled accordingly).
